1. Who we are

Hobby Intel is operated by Mavise Grey LLC. This policy applies to hobby-intel.vercel.app, user accounts, memberships, dashboards, watchlists, and communications with us.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, profile details, and authentication identifiers supplied through Clerk or a connected sign-in provider such as Google.
• Membership information: Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan and status, invoice information, and limited billing details. Stripe processes complete card information; Hobby Intel does not store full card numbers.
• Service information: interests, preferences, watchlist entries, saved items, and other information you submit.
• Technical information: IP address, device and browser information, timestamps, request logs, security events, and similar operational data generated when you use the service.
• Communications: messages and information you provide when requesting support.

3. How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide and personalize the service, process and administer memberships, maintain watchlists, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot problems, communicate about accounts and billing, improve the service, and meet legal obligations.

4. Service providers

We share information only as needed with providers that help operate Hobby Intel, including Clerk and Google for sign-in, Stripe for billing, Vercel for hosting, and Neon for database services. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information when legally required or to protect users, the service, or our rights.

5. No sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Hobby Intel does not currently use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Cookies and similar technology

Hobby Intel and its authentication and hosting providers use cookies or similar technologies needed for sign-in, session continuity, security, fraud prevention, and essential service operation. Blocking essential cookies can prevent account features from working.

7. Retention

We retain account and service information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Billing, security, dispute, and compliance records may be retained longer when required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

8. Your choices and rights

You may update billing information through the Stripe customer portal. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing us. We will verify requests and respond as required by applicable law. Some records may be retained where legally permitted or required.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, managed service providers, and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or personal information has been compromised.

10. Children

Hobby Intel is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to the service.
