Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to Hobby Intel, including the Hobby Intel Pro monthly membership.

1. Agreement and operator
Hobby Intel is operated by Mavise Grey LLC (“Hobby Intel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Do not share access credentials or use another person’s account without permission.
3. Membership and automatic renewal
Hobby Intel Pro costs $7.99 USD per month unless a different price or promotion is clearly shown before purchase. Your subscription begins when Checkout is completed and automatically renews every month until canceled. Stripe processes payments on our behalf. Applicable taxes may be added. We will provide advance notice of material price changes as required by law.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel online at any time from Dashboard → Membership → Manage membership. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access through that date, and there is no cancellation fee. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
5. Nature of the service
Hobby Intel provides educational market information about sports cards, trading card games, grading, sales, catalysts, and related collectibles. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Collectible values can change rapidly, source data can be incomplete, and no score, signal, forecast, or historical result guarantees a future outcome. You remain responsible for your own purchasing and selling decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not scrape or redistribute substantial portions of the service, bypass access controls, interfere with security or availability, misuse another user’s data, reverse engineer protected features, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
7. Intellectual property
The service, branding, designs, scoring methods, editorial content, and original materials are owned by Hobby Intel or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your membership grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your access remains active.
8. Third-party services and sources
The service relies on third-party providers, including authentication, hosting, database, and payment services. Source links and third-party data remain subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, but we select and operate our providers with reasonable care.
9. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. If a material service interruption affects a paid membership, contact us so we can review an appropriate remedy.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Hobby Intel disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, trading losses, or decisions made from market information. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Hobby Intel during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You may also have rights under the consumer-protection laws where you live.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date, and we will provide additional notice when required. Questions may be sent to hello@hobbyintel.com.
