Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear terms for the Hobby Intel Pro monthly digital membership.

Monthly renewal
Hobby Intel Pro is a digital subscription that renews automatically at $7.99 USD each month until canceled. The price, billing frequency, and renewal terms are displayed before you complete Checkout.
Cancel anytime online
You can cancel at any time by signing in and selecting Dashboard → Membership → Manage membership. Stripe’s customer portal provides the cancellation control. Cancellation stops the next renewal and does not include a cancellation fee.
Access after cancellation
After canceling, your membership remains active through the end of the billing period you already paid for. You will not be charged again unless you start a new subscription.
Refunds
Because membership access is delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time or a change of mind. We will provide refunds when required by applicable law.
Billing errors or service problems
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged after a timely cancellation, or could not access the paid service because of a confirmed technical failure, email us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate promptly and issue a refund or credit when appropriate.
